Our staff will be as quiet as possible.
If you are in a room with the door closed you will not be disturbed.
Our cleaners will clean around you if you are home and occupying a space.
For the best cleaning results and faster service, it is ideal that only the cleaners are at the home. We do understand this isn't always feasible and we are happy to accommodate our clients.
If you have booked a clean and need to reschedule please do so 48 hours or less prior to appointment. This ensures you are not charged a fee and our clients waiting for a slot can book.
If you fail to reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before appointment you will be charged a $50 fee.
If our cleaners show up for the appointment and are unable to gain access or are turned away you will be charged the full service fee that was booked.
If you are unwell you must let us know before your appointment to avoid the no access fee.
Our cleaners do visit homes of immune depleted and the elderly. We ask that our clients be mindful of the health of our cleaners and their other clients.
You can reschedule your maintenance clean at the onset of symptoms.
If our cleaners go into your home and you are unwell they may leave immediately and you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
If you have booked a bond clean with us.
* Ensure the property is completely empty and no rubbish remaining, unless organised rubbish removal with us prior.
* You have paid the full amount no less than 48 hours prior to service.
* If the real estate requires us to return for further cleaning, we will return as part of our service but understand we do not return for things such as
- Damage caused by tenant
- Dust, dead bugs, water marked windows and dusty tracks if it rains after clean. Dirty or dusty floors after 4 days of completed bond clean. This has became a new clean after 4 days called a spruce clean and the landlord may be responsible for this not the vacating tenant. We are not responsible for dirty floors after tradesmen and viewings if the clean has been completed prior.
Bond cleans have a completion date and if the facilities are used we are not responsible as our work has already completed. Any use of the property is not covered after our completion date.
- Our carpet cleans do not restore damaged carpets but they do an amazing clean.
- If you book yard clean with bond clean we are not responsible for weeding on high retaining walls as this is a OHS matter.
Invoices must be paid in full prior to services except NDIS cleans that are invoiced.
If you have pets we are more than happy to clean your property. We just have some requirements.
* Remove any urine, Faeces or bowl spills prior to appointment.
If urine is unseen as it may be under furniture, and it goes through our machine it becomes an electrical hazard to our staff and damaging to our equipment. If injury to staff from pet urine or Faeces occurs you may be held responsible for all medical costs or legal fees. Wether it be a slip over or electrical shock from equipment.
If Equipment is damaged you will be charged the full cost of that equipment.
If pet owners fail to remove the Urine or faeces,
* a minimum fee of $75 will be charged to the clean.
* If pet urine/faeces has been undetected (under furniture) and gone through our machine, you are responsible for the costs of professional deep cleaning of that machine.
